At Rochdale’s Choice Family Butchers we put care and attention into every order we pack and always do our best to ensure your product gets to you quick and safely. However we understand that sometimes things do go wrong although it is extremely rare.
If for any reason this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can rectify the situation for you.
Due to the nature of our products we ask you to please not send any returns back to us without prior authorisation. We ask for photographs purely for informative purposes, we aim to continually improve our services and if we can see where things have gone wrong it makes it a lot easier for us to identify and make sure it does not happen again.
Refunds once agreed are processed immediately using the same method as your purchase. PayPal refunds will appear in your account within a few minutes, Credit or Debit card refunds take a little bit longer but will normally appear within 2-3 working days depending on your bank.
